1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a kx8app account and access the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended kx8app account.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of kx8app, or a close family member of any such person.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. kx8app reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kx8app login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access the Platform through your account, or use credentials belonging to another registered player.

kx8app will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kx8app support immediately at [email protected]. All activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised and remains your financial responsibility.

kx8app may suspend or lock an account if unusual login patterns, suspicious activity, or potential fraud indicators are detected, and will contact the registered account holder via their verified contact details for further verification before reinstating access.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

kx8app accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional banking options may be made available at kx8app's discretion and will be displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your kx8app wallet once confirmed by the respective payment provider.
• kx8app does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction fees.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the associated kx8app account may be suspended pending investigation.
• kx8app reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance obligations.

All funds deposited into your kx8app wallet are held for the sole purpose of placing wagers and participating in promotions on the Platform. Deposits do not accrue interest. kx8app is not a financial institution and your wallet balance is not a bank deposit.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. kx8app aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completed account verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless stated otherwise.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending identity verification, source-of-funds review, or investigation of potential policy violations.
• Players must fulfil any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds credited as part of a promotional offer.
• kx8app reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis, which will be communicated to affected players.
• In cases where a player has never wagered any deposited funds, kx8app may apply an administration fee not exceeding 10% of the deposit amount before processing a refund withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kx8app may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• kx8app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a promotion — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion with other players — will result in the cancellation of bonus credits and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the kx8app Platform are final once confirmed. kx8app does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where a technical error on the Platform's part can be demonstrated. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Bets placed after the official start time of a live event or after the closure of a game round will be void and stakes returned.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, kx8app reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and return stakes to players' wallets.
• kx8app is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to exit a game session due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

For sports betting markets specifically: kx8app follows industry-standard rules for the settlement of cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the odds at which a bet was accepted due to a system error, kx8app reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void the wager entirely.

7 Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

kx8app is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We enforce a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and for entertainment purposes only.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players upon request to our support team:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
• Session time reminders and cooling-off periods
• Temporary account time-out (1 day to 6 weeks)
• Permanent self-exclusion from the Platform

kx8app reserves the right to apply mandatory responsible gaming measures to any account where player behaviour suggests problem gambling patterns, including but not limited to unusually large or frequent deposits following losses, requests to override self-imposed limits, or distressed communications with support staff. 8 Prohibited Uses and Anti-Fraud Policy

You agree not to use the kx8app Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of this Agreement. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction that conceals the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the Platform.
• Impersonating another player or kx8app staff member.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from a known software error must be reported to support and will not be paid out.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law.

kx8app maintains active fraud monitoring systems and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities in investigating suspected fraudulent activity. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kx8app Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software code, text, promotional materials, and the kx8app brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of kx8app or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kx8app. Unauthorised use of kx8app intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kx8app shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to connectivity failures on the player's side.
• Missed betting opportunities due to Platform maintenance windows (which will be communicated in advance where possible).
• Losses resulting from your own breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

kx8app's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your kx8app account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

kx8app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the specified period.
• Conduct that kx8app reasonably considers damaging to its reputation or to the interests of other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kx8app reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a partial offset against losses or damages suffered by kx8app as a result of the breach.

12 Privacy and Data Use

kx8app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to contact kx8app's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. kx8app will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before an independent arbitrator. Class-action proceedings are expressly waived — all disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

14 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kx8app with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
